Thomas Bible leads the Florida market for Haven Senior Investments, consulting with owner-operators on best practices and advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of senior care communities and portfolios.
Thomas has been active in commercial real estate since 2001, with a background in market research, investment strategy, and broker training. His understanding of senior housing is also personal: his mother's path from independent living to assisted living and ultimately memory care gave him a firsthand view of the senior care continuum, and of the difference resident-centered management makes for families, staff, and financial performance alike.
That experience shapes how Thomas advises owners. He believes strong operations begin with the resident, and that when care, communication, and operating systems are built around residents and their families, the results carry through to staff coordination, efficiency, and value at the time of sale.
