Rebecca Van Wieren is President of Haven Senior Investments, where she leads the firm's national senior housing advisory and brokerage practice and oversees its sales team across assisted living, memory care, independent living, and skilled nursing communities.
Rebecca brings more than 26 years in real estate, with experience in senior housing spanning community operations, consulting, development sales and marketing, and M&A advisory. She has led transactions exceeding $500 million in senior housing assets and has worked with owners, operators, buyers, developers, and investors on every side of the deal. Her operational background as a certified California RCFE Administrator and Texas Assisted Living Manager gives her a working understanding of the licensing, staffing, and care realities that drive value in a senior living community.
Rebecca works with owners from initial valuation and positioning through marketing, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on outcomes that protect the business, the residents, and the legacy the owner has built.
