John Hauber is the Founder & CEO of SeniorCRE, the operator-controlled operating infrastructure for senior housing & care. Based in Frisco, Texas (Dallas metro), John has spent 24+ years in commercial real estate, investments, and operator advisory — with his team facilitating over $2 billion in real estate transactions.
John is also the Founder and CEO of HavenCo, Inc., a faith-driven holding company under which he leads SeniorCRE, Haven Senior Investments and Haven Realty — each dedicated to the senior housing & care industry. Earlier in his career, from 2001 to 2015, John served as principal of Hauber Enterprises across the Denver and Colorado Springs metros, where he built and operated a Keller Williams Realty franchise, a commercial brokerage, an executive-suites business, a property management firm, a title company, and a mortgage company. Running six business models simultaneously taught him the lesson that has defined everything he has built since — commercial real estate's deepest inefficiency is structural fragmentation. He now hosts the Senior Housing Investors Podcast, a leading voice for operators, investors, and developers navigating the sector.
His conviction: operators should keep their existing systems and gain control of the governance layer above them — connecting care, labor, census, revenue, compliance, NOI, and capital decisions into one trusted operating record, so AI does not become another layer of vendor fragmentation.
Faith, family, and vocation are the pillars that define John's life. God is the center of his world. He and his family — including his children Eli and Emerson — are active in their community through Sigma Chi alumni service, Rotary leadership, and their local church. Outside of work, John recharges through skiing, biking, and time outdoors with family.
