Eli Hauber supports Haven's growth through business development, digital marketing, and strategy, connecting senior housing owners, operators, and investors with the right Haven advisor for their goals. Since joining the firm in August 2026, he has led Haven's digital presence, including the website, search and AI visibility, and the marketing systems that turn a first inquiry into a lasting client relationship. He also helps shape the firm's growth strategy as it reaches new markets.
Eli is a senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he is pursuing a double major in Business Administration and Global Studies as a Daniels Fund Scholar. As a Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholar, he spent a year studying at ESSEC Business School in France.
Before Haven, Eli founded and ran his own residential service company for five years, managing finances, marketing, scheduling, staffing, and customer service for more than 200 homeowners. He has also led service projects and economic development initiatives both in the U.S. and abroad.
