Donna Stiles is a Texas-based senior housing advisor, business broker, and commercial real estate broker with Haven Senior Investments, and serves as the firm's Texas Real Estate Broker of Record.
For the past five years, Donna has focused her practice on senior housing, advising owners, buyers, and investors on the acquisition and disposition of independent living, assisted living, memory care, nursing care, and residential board and care communities. She brings 13 years of brokerage experience and more than 20 years as an entrepreneur and business owner, and approaches every engagement from an owner's perspective, understanding that a senior housing transaction involves the business, the real estate, the operations, the people, and the legacy an owner has built.
Donna works closely with clients from initial strategy and valuation through marketing, negotiation, due diligence, and closing. For Donna, the closing is a milestone, not the end of the relationship.
