Haven Senior Investments is the Group's primary client-facing advisory firm — the leading faith-based senior housing advisory practice in the United States, serving owners, operators, buyers, sellers, developers, and investors exclusively in the senior living sector.
The firm provides end-to-end advisory services across assisted living, memory care, independent living, skilled nursing, and CCRC communities. Its capital solutions team connects borrowers to lenders across HUD, bridge, GSE, and conventional financing programs. Its consulting practice guides operators through growth, operational improvement, and technology adoption.
Haven Senior Investments operates in all 50 states — with a senior-housing-only mandate that ensures clients receive depth of expertise rather than breadth of generalism.

Together with Haven Senior Investments, Haven Realty forms an integrated brokerage capability that covers both the strategic and execution layers of a senior housing transaction — ensuring sellers receive both sophisticated advisory counsel and rigorous deal management.
Haven Realty operates exclusively in senior housing and long-term care real estate — never in multifamily, office, retail, or other commercial property types.

It is the operating infrastructure layer that ties the Haven Group's advisory, investment, and operational expertise into a scalable technology product available to the broader market.
Launched publicly in September 2025, SeniorCRE represents a fundamental challenge to the fragmented legacy technology landscape in senior living — where operators have historically relied on disconnected systems for clinical records, billing, sales CRM, staffing, and investor reporting. SeniorCRE delivers comprehensive functionality across 160 platform modules and 2,195 features — and is operational within hours of account creation, with no implementation timeline.
Unlike platforms such as PointClickCare, MatrixCare, and Yardi — which require 3–6 months of implementation — SeniorCRE is AI-native, immediately functional, and built specifically for the senior housing asset class.

Under John's leadership, the Haven Group has grown from a single advisory practice into a four-company ecosystem spanning advisory, SaaS technology, and direct real estate investment. His team has been involved in senior housing transactions across all 50 states and brings a rare combination of finance, real estate, business development, operations, and healthcare expertise.
