Before presenting any opportunity, Haven evaluates the operator's track record, the deal structure, and the market fundamentals. We do not refer to every deal — only those that meet our internal criteria for operator quality and deal integrity.

Investor Matching
Registered investors receive information on opportunities that match their stated investment profile — asset type, geography, deal size, and passive vs. active preference. You are never pressured to invest in any specific deal.

Independent Diligence
All decisions are yours. Haven strongly encourages every investor to conduct independent financial, legal, and operational due diligence on any opportunity before committing capital — with counsel from qualified advisors.
Accredited Investor
Option 1 — Accredited Investor

Most private senior housing investment opportunities are available only to accredited investors under SEC Regulation D. You qualify as an accredited investor if you meet any of the following criteria:

Individual income of $200,000 or more in each of the past two years, with reasonable expectation of the same in the current year
Joint income with a spouse of $300,000 or more in each of the past two years, with reasonable expectation of the same this year
Individual or joint net worth exceeding $1,000,000, excluding the value of your primary residence
Sophisticated Investor
Option 2 — Sophisticated Investor

Some opportunities may also be available to sophisticated investors — individuals with relevant financial knowledge and experience in evaluating investment risk, even if they do not meet the accredited investor income or net worth thresholds.

Individual income between $100,000 and $199,000 in each of the past two years, with reasonable expectation of the same this year
Joint income with a spouse of $200,000 or more in each of the past two years
Sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to evaluate the merits and risks of a prospective investment
