Haven Senior Investments works exclusively with buyers of commercial senior housing properties of 16 beds or more — assisted living, memory care, independent living, skilled nursing, and CCRC communities. We do not advise on residential care homes or facilities under 16 beds. Based on the size range you indicated, your inquiry falls outside our current advisory scope. We want to be direct about this rather than have you wait for a response that won't come.
