Matthew has enjoyed a successful career in both senior care operations and real estate sales and management. His experience encompasses working at all levels within senior care communities, culminating in 25 years as Executive Director, along with his passion for real estate. Matt shares his experience with Haven through his unique ability to directly identify with owners and their operational challenges, while helping them to navigate ways to optimize their business and explore exit strategies.

Experiencing the challenges of a family member with Alzheimer’s disease, originally led Matt to a life of serving and caring for seniors. He is thrilled to pursue this passion along with Haven Senior Investments by now serving the owners and operators in this space who are the ones currently caring for seniors. Matthew has a BS from Colorado State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Denver University. Matt loves spending time with his daughter, who is a student in California and his large extended family in the Denver area. He also enjoys travel, skiing, golf, softball, reading, exercising, volunteering and attending his local church.
