Marshall Bass is an accomplished commercial real estate finance professional focused in the seniors housing and healthcare space. He has extensive experience facilitating debt financings, acquisitions, and dispositions of all types of senior living and long-term care properties, including independent and assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. 

Over the course of his 20+ year career, Marshall has led and closed over $2.9B in successful financings for over 400 properties with 30K+ combined units.  These transactions include bridge and FHA insured first mortgage financings as well as numerous acquisitions, dispositions, and asset-based revolving credit facilities.  Marshall’s professional experience includes senior roles in notable organizations including Greystone Monticello, Berkadia, Arbor Realty Trust, and Housing & Healthcare Finance, among others.  He is recognized for his deep credit expertise and ability to identify profitable investment opportunities through a thorough analysis of core operations and in-depth market knowledge. 

Marshall holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA from Dartmouth College.
