About Deb Burton

Deb Burton brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the senior living industry, with a career spanning over 35 years. As a former owner of a successful assisted living community, she has firsthand knowledge of what it takes to thrive in the industry. In the early 1990s, Deb established her first business, which included mid-sized assisted living facilities and a non-medical staffing agency. Her leadership journey continued as she became a Vendor and Instructor with Community Care Licensing, teaching aspiring administrators and business owners how to successfully operate assisted living communities.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Deb has held senior executive leadership roles, including with Brookdale Senior Living, overseeing a region encompassing eight states and nearly 50 communities. In 2015, Deb founded Alliance Senior Consulting, driven by a passion to support healthcare professionals in achieving their business goals while providing high-quality care to seniors and adults. Alliance Senior Consulting specializes in all phases of senior living, including acquisitions, new developments, turnaround projects, and hotel conversions tailored to Medi-Cal/Insurance affordable models and high-end private pay communities. Deb’s dedication and expertise continue to drive success and innovation in the senior living industry.
