Deb Burton brings over 35 years of deep expertise in the senior living industry to Haven Senior Investments. A seasoned operator and consultant, she successfully owned and managed her own assisted living facilities for several years in the early 1990s, while also founding a mid-size assisted living company and a non-medical staffing agency.

Deb later served as a vendor and instructor for Community Care Licensing, training new administrators and business owners on best practices for operating assisted living communities. Her executive leadership experience includes senior roles at Brookdale Senior Living, overseeing a region spanning 8 states and nearly 50 communities.

In 2015, Deb founded Alliance Senior Consulting to guide healthcare providers in achieving business goals while delivering exceptional quality care to seniors and adults. Her work spans all phases of senior living—including acquisitions, new developments, turnaround projects, and hotel conversions—across Medi-Cal, insurance, affordable, and high-end private-pay models. Deb is passionate about empowering operators to succeed and elevating standards in post-acute and assisted living care.
