Demographics Drives Corporate Move to Dallas, Texas

Dallas, TX – January 7, 2021 – Haven Senior Investments and its Holding Company, HavenCo, announced today that they have relocated their headquarters to Dallas, Texas, as of January 1, 2021.  The faith-based company has grown its Senior Housing Advisory practice in the Texas market over the last three years and found that the headquarter relocation to become a Texas corporation aligns with its overall growth opportunities, as well as their core beliefs.

John Hauber, CEO and Steward of Haven Senior Investments commented, “Growth in our Texas markets has been phenomenal, and we continue to see growth throughout the United States. We are looking forward to a great 2021, as we continue to serve the market to ensure safe and secure housing for our most vulnerable populations.”

Haven Senior Investments has had a presence in Dallas for the last two years, and with the continued senior population demographic growth and market opportunities, the relocation of its corporate headquarters enables resources to align in Texas, which has experienced the largest population growth of any state to almost 29 million.

As the United States population expands investors have an opportunity to benefit from the increasing demand in the senior housing market.
