HSI executed the transaction on behalf of a private owner. The purchase price was $3.5M. SunRidge, a well-maintained business in Pendleton has been operating for many years. HSI’s process garnered market interest including that of an owner-operator ready to grow its presence in the Oregon region. Haven Senior Investments’ vast network of active senior housing buyers, sellers, operators, investors, and developers enables successful transactions even during a pandemic. Haven Senior Living has been hired to be the management company for the property.
