Haven Senior Investments (HSI) is pleased to announce the successful sale of Beehive Homes® of Springboro, a 24-bed assisted living business located in Springboro, OH. HSI and their Keller Williams Greater Columbus Realty broker partner executed the transaction on behalf of a private owner. The purchase price was $6.0M. Beehive Homes of Springboro is a well-maintained business south of Dayton, OH. The business has been operating for 2 years. HSI’s process garnered market interest including that of an owner-operator ready to grow its presence in the Ohio region. Haven’s vast network of active seniors housing buyers, sellers, operators, and developers enables successful transactions during the pandemic.
