HSI executed the transaction on behalf of a private owner. The purchase price was $3.3M. Cypress Assisted Living, a well-maintained business in North Houston has been operating for 10+ years. HSI’s process garnered market interest including that of an owner-operator ready to grow its presence in the Texas region. Haven Senior Investments’ vast network of active seniors housing buyers, sellers, operators, and developers enables successful transactions even during a pandemic.
