Robin brings a unique combination of skills and experience to HSI in her role as Chief Operating Officer. Her background includes both finance and real estate investment as well as health care. She began her career on Wall Street in fixed income sales and trading and specialized in mortgage-backed securities, collateralized mortgage obligations, and creative cash flow structuring. Over the past ten years, Robin focused on investing in distressed real estate assets, having purchased repositioned and sold dozens of properties, including more than 300 units, valued over $20,000,000. Her specialty has been creative deal structuring and financing. Robin’s years of experience as an EMT exposed her to the very real need for safer assisted living options for senior citizens. She now passionately focuses her efforts on structuring, financing and seeking out creative investment partnerships to increase the living options for the enormously growing population of seniors throughout the United States. Robin is an entrepreneur at heart and also coaches and mentors newer investors. Robin earned a BA from Mount Holyoke College and an MA from Christies Education. She and her husband Ken have 6 children, are active in their local church and spend their free time keeping up with their expanding family.
