About Bree Campana

Living in Spokane Washington, Bree has created a diverse background within senior housing. Starting in the medical field 15 years ago at an Independent and assisted living community, growing into a management position dealing with the inner workings within the communities. Bree switched gears and became a real estate agent in 2015. Starting in residential sales, she quickly learned that there was a true need for a real estate professional to blend the worlds of guiding seniors with moving from their primary home into senior housing and facilitating all that goes along with that. Bree then got her Senior Real Estate Specialist certification from the National Association of Realtors and created her own senior transitions program helping seniors do just that. Drawing from a solid background in healthcare, Bree brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to the real estate market. Her medical and management knowledge allows her to address the specific needs and concerns of seniors, ensuring that each transition is handled with the utmost care and sensitivity. To offer a broad range of services for all her clients, Bree started selling commercial real estate nearly five years ago. Her love of real estate then led her to the investment and development side of the industry. With one of her bigger accomplishments being, working with partners to develop an apartment building. In her free time, Bree loves spending time with her family and friends, baking, traveling the States and different countries, and of course, exploring the Pacific Northwest with their dogs. With a dedication to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and a commitment to professional excellence, Bree is a trusted advisor in the senior housing market.
