When Haven Senior Investments advises on a disposition or acquisition, Haven Realty is the licensed entity that represents the buyer or seller in the transaction — executing the purchase agreement, negotiating terms, and managing the closing process under Colorado real estate law.
Clients work with a single, integrated team — Haven Realty and Haven Senior Investments operate together as one coordinated service, with the appropriate licensed entity handling each function.
