As Director at Haven Senior Investments, Sabel Kaminski brings with her 10 years of experience within commercial real estate sales operations. The majority of Sabel’s career has been within seniors housing, specifically, investment sales at Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, and Berkadia. Working alongside Tim Cobb, she played an integral role in developing and implementing sales operations processes and procedures which increased efficiency and allowed for scalability at both firms.  

More recently, she served as the first Operations Director for the newly developed seniors housing investment sales platform at Berkadia. At Berkadia, she oversaw end-to-end operations for the platform, successfully aligning existing multi-family systems with senior housing business requirements and played a key role in directing the production of asset valuations, marketing materials, and client experiences for a diverse range of clients, including private equity, publicly traded, and non-public REITs. With a proven track record of process improvement and effective team leadership, she consistently achieved exceptional results, reducing turnaround times, and enhancing client trust. 

Sabel currently resides by the beach in Wilmington, NC with her husband where they enjoy exploring new restaurants, breweries, and the local farmers’ markets. She also enjoys studying the Bible, cooking, gardening, yoga, hiking, reading, and writing.
