Drew is an entrepreneur and leader spanning a decade and over $2.0 billion of focused investment, development and acquisitions/dispositions experience in seniors housing; commercial, industrial & residential real estate; distressed debt; water & mineral rights/energy sector assets; short line railroads & rolling stock; ports & industrial parks. An executionist and thorough leader, he’s successfully established and implemented highly profitable new businesses for private equity and private enterprises while forging strong relationships at multiple levels of government.

Before establishing his consulting practice focused on the senior housing & care industry, Drew was the Director of Investments at MorningStar Senior Living where he was pivotal in the company’s tremendous growth from three communities to nearly thirty spanning 2012 to 2019. Drew was involved in all facets of the company including underwriting, sourcing and executing senior housing investment, new development and acquisitions, in addition to operational and financial leadership throughout MorningStar’s operating portfolio.
